Important Information

  • Excel Genie is a separate install which can be downloaded from the Updates and Upgrades section of the Reseller Zone.
  • Excel Genie will is not be available in Excel Management Reports.
  • Excel Genie is developed with functionality available from MS Office 2007, and therefore Excel 2007 or higher is required.
  • Requires .Net 3.5 or higher.
  • Excel Genie does not require to be purchased.  This is additional functionality that will be available free of charge to all customers on Cover, and also will be available to all new customers who purchase BIC going forward.
  • As BIC Standard is available in the Bookkeepers and Accountants Forum and the VAR suites of software, you will automatically receive Excel Genie.
  • Please ensure that Build 11.2 is installed before attempting to re-register through the Reseller Zone.  Note:  once build 11.2 is installed, you will only be required to re-register once through the Reseller to activate both the Excel Genie and Project Tracker (Remember, Project Tracker is only available free of charge in the VAR suite of software).
